- Quote requests: name, email, destination, cargo type, weight, CBM, and service preference (DDP, DDU, FCL, LCL, air).
- Messages: emails, WhatsApp, WeChat, or Alibaba conversations you start with us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location, via Cloudflare Web Analytics and, when enabled, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.
How we use it
- To prepare freight quotes and communicate about shipments.
- To improve the website and measure advertising (including Google Ads conversions).
- To comply with export, customs, and accounting requirements when you become a customer.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the site (for example email delivery, analytics, and advertising platforms) or when required by law.
